Cuddly Caterpillars Blossoming Butterflies ages 6 weeks-12 months ages 12 months -24 months PoliciesOpen door policy - Any time your child is in attendance, we invite you to drop in unannounced. We want you to feel completely comfortable with our staff and facility. Tuition Due Dates - Tuition is due in advance for the upcoming week. No refunds are given for days missed due to illness, vacations, holidays, or weather related delays or closings. A paid two week notice is required before withdrawing your child. Holiday Closures - The center is closed for eight major holidays during the year. These include New Year's Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We are also closed the day after Thanksgiving. A professional day will be taken one day a year during the school session. Full tuition will be due for all holidays and professional days. Weather Closures - We do not follow the county for weather related closings. However, if after listening to the weather forecast we feel that conditions are, or will be unsafe, we may either open late or close. In this event we will advertise closure on Baltimore's WPOC 93.1 FM radio, WBAL 1100 AM, WBAL Channel 11, and on the home page of our web site. Child Illness - Parents will be notified and required to pick up their child if the child has diarrhea, is vomiting, or has a temperature of 100 degrees or above or has lice/nits. The child must be symptom free for at least 24 hours before returning to school. |
